Here's exactly what happens, from the first conversation to the day your website goes live.

Share what you do, your current website if you have one, and what you want to achieve.

See your free first preview
Before any paid agreement, you get one free hosted demonstration site on a temporary link that stays up for a week, so you can see the direction. No payment details are needed to request it.

Receive your bespoke quote
Every website is individually quoted. You get a clear proposal covering the agreed work and price before the project starts.
- 04
Design and build
Your 50% deposit accepts the project and starts the agreed work, with progress updates as your website takes shape.
- 05
Completion and ongoing care
The remaining 50% is due on completion, and your website goes live once that final payment is made. You then own the completed website, subject to any documented third-party licensing. Optional maintenance is available afterwards.
Keeping you in the loop
You'll be kept updated as the site comes together rather than left wondering what's happening. A client area is in development that will let you follow your project's progress in one place.
Giving feedback
Describe changes however makes sense to you — "this text is too small", "can that photo be bigger". You don't need to know any web design terminology.
